"We love Alligator Point and love staying at Fritz Carlton. The location of the house is perfect for us... away from hustle and bustle, yet within short driving distance to restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. Adam is the perfect host. If there is an issue, he immediately addresses it. While the house is not fancy or ornate, it is exactly what you should expect in a beach house. Perfectly furnished and a well stocked kitchen. We love it! And, will be going back soon! This was our 3rd stay with Adam as our host. We had 2 weeks reserved, but a family emergency caused us to leave 3 days early. Adam was more than understanding and offered sincere compassion for our emergency. We've stayed in VRBO properties many times and, while all our hosts have been nice, I've got to say that Adam is the best!"

"This beach cottage is magical! I needed a peaceful and renewing vacation, and this lovely home was perfect. The decor is charming with a bit of whimsy, and it is very well equipped. Freshly planted flowers and plants added to the natural beauty of the location. We also saw lots of wildlife, including several young and well mannered gators at a nearby pond (is it called Alligator Point after all), an abundance of birds, and tons of horsehoe crabs.The property owner was wonderful and very responsive. If you are looking for a true getaway from the hustle and bustle, and enjoy the beauty of the natural world, this is the perfect home!"

"The Spotted Grouper provided the perfect get away! The bungalow is spotlessly clean, has everthing one could possibly need to feel at home, well positioned in a quiet friendly neighborhood, and located in and near a nature preserve area. We highly recommend staying here. We explored the natural areas, including the gulf in a 16' canoe. So much wildlife to enjoy. Fishing, bird watching, cooking and enjoying each others company filled our days. Never turned on the tv or radio. A total escape from the rat race! We enjoyed the outdoor shower, grilled on the Weber, and relaxed in the screen porch. We hope to return next year. Sheree, the owner, was wonderful to work with. She was so kind and helpful. She even gave us fishing bait suggestions."

"What a wonderful place! Had everything we needed for our group of eight. Plenty of furniture, dishes, etc. Great view of the Gulf from the screened porch. We are already thinking about our trip back next year.Also, for every question I had the host responded quickly."

"Our stay at this home was truly wonderful! The host was exceptional—kind, attentive, and communicative. While some amenities were intermittent, the host went above and beyond to resolve any issues promptly. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, the pool couldn't be cleaned, which limited its use during our stay. It would have been helpful to have a backup pool maintenance option. Despite this, the overall experience was amazing, and we would definitely consider renting this home again! "
