"Hotel is in a perfect location. Grand bazaar and the mosques area are walkable, both with in 10 minutes. Whole staff was very friendly and we got lots of help arranging taxis, airport pick up and baby stroller etc. There is nice view of Istanbul skyline from the terrace. "

The staff were warm, flexible, and incredibly helpful — from guiding us around the property to helping us book dinner at their Michelin-awarded restaurant with great vegetarian options. The pool and gym were spotless and serene, and the in-house jewelry store was a hidden gem — we left with five beautifully crafted pieces thanks to the knowledgeable owner. The highlight? They surprised us with framed photos of our family taken from my Instagram post, along with a handwritten letter. Such a thoughtful, above-and-beyond gesture. We can’t wait to come back!"
