"Apartment location was away from main resort area, had to arrange for shuttle when going for breakfast and hot spring. Had enjoyed the hot spring facilities though not all 33 types were available then. Door lock to balcony was faulty. No fridge and no safe. Resort doesn't arrange airport shuttle."

"We shouldn't advertise Hotels like that in the UK because when I saw Green Tree Inn Hotel I thought it's English Hotel where you can communicate easily with staff but I was surprised on my arrival when they wanted to ask me my passport spent half an hour standing unable to check me in.Nobody speak French or English or what ever language than Chinese. "The hotel is excellent, it seems as if you are in Versailles. The concierge Aaron is very helpful, but the rest of the staff is a bit undertrained and speak VERY little English. I came for the Canton Fair and it is very far away, they have one bus that goes at first time in the morning and comes back to the hotel when the fair closes. For the rest of the transportation you have to take a bus to the metro station and then use the metro."
