"Apartment location was away from main resort area, had to arrange for shuttle when going for breakfast and hot spring. Had enjoyed the hot spring facilities though not all 33 types were available then. Door lock to balcony was faulty. No fridge and no safe. Resort doesn't arrange airport shuttle."

"The hotel is excellent, it seems as if you are in Versailles. The concierge Aaron is very helpful, but the rest of the staff is a bit undertrained and speak VERY little English. I came for the Canton Fair and it is very far away, they have one bus that goes at first time in the morning and comes back to the hotel when the fair closes. For the rest of the transportation you have to take a bus to the metro station and then use the metro."

"Location is within walking distance to train abt 10mins walk. Lots of eateries n likes of 7-11 nearby. These r all quite good. Hotel abit run down but still ok. Day staff especially one girl by the name Ma Dong Mei 马冬梅 is excellent. Super friendly n helpful. Her other female colleague is not bad too. Night staff service is below average especially the guys. Cleaning is the worst. 2 days they made our bed but never wash the cups n empty the dustbin depsite several reminders. The cleaner empty...
