"I noticed that some rooms having heated toilet seats but some not having as I had stayed in different rooms. Rm 1802 is much better than Rm 1318, according to my experience. The concierge staff are very helpful and wonderful."

"Food from the banquet room and yumcha below average and over priced and facilities so old it looks like it hasn’t been renovated since the cultural revolution"
