"Awesome Location, location, location. We were 2 blocks away on Gmunder Str. away from Aidenbachstraße Ubahn train station. We took the train all over Munich from there with Isarcard for zone M. Marla helped us with understanding the use of the tickets. Across the street from the train station is a REWE grocery store. We enjoyed the fresh food from there as we enjoyed our roof top suite with a Kitchenette. Our suite had a gorgeous balcony with 2 sliding glass doors to the balcony. The open floor plan felt like you had a lot of room. The kitchen was small but perfect for our needs. We saved $hundreds of dollars in our 12 day stay. The staff was so kind and professional and answered questions. The neighborhood was very quiet as it is in the south side of Munich. There are now more scaffolding on building next door and the environment was perfect for peace and relaxing. "

"Non esiste la lobby si fa tutto con il mobile. Ma il parcheggio è un problema non essendoci personale! C’è là possibilità di pagare un extra e parcheggiare nella struttura ma è tutto così complicato! La camera spaziosa,pulita è davvero nuova ho dato 5 stelle! La metro basta camminare un po’ e si arriva con 4 o 5 fermate in centro! Voto positivo "

"I’ve stated this hotel twice now and I can’t say enough good things. Great location within a short train ride or drive into Munich. Staff is amazingly friendly. The hotel is clean. The breakfast is amazing. Dinner is amazing if I could give this place six stars I would."

"We all LOVED our stay at Stephan's house! The views out to the yard and field are beautiful. There's a little balcony off the main bedroom which was really nice. The place was spacious and very well equipped with everything that we needed. We stayed at the property for a weekend and made our way into Munich during the day and the little town was so nice to come home to. Would definitely stay again! Thanks for having us Stephan :)"

"I had a lovely stay here. The hotel was in good condition and the staff were helpful. The roof-top patio and spa area is pleasant. The immediate area is not as lovely. It is set on a fairly busy street with a Getraenkemarkt and gas station directly across - so lighted red signage is a main component of the view from the windows. It is about a 10 minute walk to the lake."
