"This property is actually part of a small conference center but the house is well-situated on it's own with no problems or interference from others. Plenty of space for our party and allowed easy gathering of family for meals, etc. The grounds are very nice and provided great exploring for the kids. Would rent this property again."

"We had a wonderful time staying with Ruth and her family on the farm. She was exceptionally accommodating and helpful when we had to make some spontaneous changes to our booking due to travel difficulties. We stayed for almost two weeks and enjoyed spending free time with the dogs (especially the puppy), sheep and horses on the property. "A very enjoyable stay in the pretty and quiet village of Badby. The house was just as described and perfect for our needs. Good little playground and cafe and pub a short walk away. In a perfect world the curtains in the bedrooms would have blackout lining (for the summer sunrises) and the dishwasher would be replaced as the racks are shedding rust, but otherwise a fantastic stay."
