"What a wonderful hotel. I wish I could give the staff here 10 stars. Everyone was so considerate and helpful most spoke English very well and were quick to offer assistance and suggestions. The rooms are on the small side but quiet and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very good with lots of Vietnamese and western choices. The location is perfect only 2 blocks from the lake with easy access to shopping of all levels. Wonderful stay"

"We spent 2 nights here and the location and service was amazing. The staff surprised my hubby with a birthday dessert and they also sang for him. They were nice to let us use their shower room before heading back to the airport even after we have checked out during the day. Rooms are nice."

"Wonderful stay at Meritel Hanoi. The staff all are friendly, courteous, helpful and always made me feel welcome. The room was spacious, clean and modern. The location is centralized to all the sites, restaurants and close to Hoan Kiem Lake. Overall a great hotel. Will definitely stay here again if I'm in Hanoi."

Anna showed me around Hanoi and was so friendly. The lady on reception was very kind. I was travelling alone and they did everything to make sure I had a lovely time in Hanoi"

"Very nice boutique hotel in the old quarter of Hanoi. Excellent location from where you can easily walk to the water puppets Theater, train street and shopping districts and street food. Hotel does a very good airport pick up private car service which is cheaper than the taxi."
