"Only stayed one hour due to the cleanliness of the room. Hair covered the floor and bed, multiple coloured stains on the bedsheets along with ANTS crawling in one of them, the toilet was covered in urine stains and the towels had not seemed to be washed but rather just taken and refolded, I could see the crust on the towels, condoms were on the mini fridge and the rooms air quality was dusty. Couldn’t even check out as there was no employees to be found after looking. Avoid this place at all...

"I booked for a week. I left after one night. The website page makes it look much bigger but that is the roof. Wifi was terrible. If you want a room like a small box stay here. I found a much better rented flat for less money in Westlake area. Read very carefully before you book this place also very hard to locate."

"The house is close to everything, good location. However, i do not recommend to use their laundry service. They pay only 15k vnd/kg( about 1 usd) for the laundry mat but will ask you to pay 50k vnd ( 3 usd) ."

"I never leave a bad review and sat with this for a week before doing so. I am only leaving this review so travelers are aware going in. I confirmed with the owner that this is a home and not a hotel prior to booking the entire property. Turned out to be a hostel that smelled of raw sewage. There was a woman who entered the property daily unannounced which was alarming at first then comedic at the end. Zero water pressure in upper two floors, had hot water at times. Some things may have been lost...

"The apartment is great as it is well appointed and has plenty of room seems to be not long set up. Check in is a security person at the basement who stays on site. One we got a jug to boil water we were basically setup. We enjoyed our stay there."

"I booked this place for our last couple nights in Hanoi and was charged in full. The host never replied to any of my messages, did not provide check in details so I was left scrambling on my last day of holidays trying to secure new accommodations for my family and friends before we flew in to Hanoi last in the evening. I also spent money on having to call VRBO multiple times. This host should be removed from the platform."

"Apartment all good. Had booked for 5 nights. After 2 nights we were asked to move to another apartment as emergency electrical work. We asked for a 9 am Move as planning to be out all day. They couldn’t do so we had to return at 1pm to move. We did and were moved to a 4 bedroom spot. Great.later that day asked to return as one bedroom needed to be locked. Once again in I venue coed and also no working key cards. Went back to find bedroom already been locked. Overall very disruptive to...

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Oriental Jade Hotel in Hanoi, and it was an unforgettable experience. This hotel is centrally located near the serene Hoan Kiem lake , within walking distance of vibrant shopping areas, including the charming Old Quarter, making it the ideal base for exploring the city. The hotel exudes a sense of safety and security, ensuring a peaceful stay from start to finish. My suite was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully maintained, offering both comfort and elegance. It felt like a true haven amidst the bustling energy of Hanoi. The breakfast buffet deserves special mention – a generous spread of delicious options that catered to every palate. Starting each day with such a delightful meal was a highlight of my stay.
