"I loved my short stay at Lester Hotel Hanoi. Gigi and Jenny made great recommendations to visit the city and to enjoy the local gastronomy. They helped me book tickets for the show at the Water Puppet Theatre. They really made my stay feel very special. The hotel is really beautiful with lots of artwork on the wall, it looks fresh and renovated. The room is comfortable (the one I booked was not very spacious but very functional and pleasant). I liked the room and the bathroom designs. The breakfast is very good with a good selection of local and western options. Remember to try the noodle soup for breakfast! I liked the location, at walking distance from the mural street and from the train street. I like walking, and it was really nice walking to the Old Quarter. Alternatively, I also took Grab easily when I was in a hurry. I also appreciated that the hotel offered a one-pager with tips about Hanoi, like: the art of crossing the street. I would definitely return at Lestar Hotel Hanoi. Highly recommendable. "

"3mins walk from Train Street, and 20mins walk from the Old French Quarter, it’s the perfect location: close to everything but also very quiet (a must in a city like Hanoi!) My room was big and clean. The staff is very friendly, and they kindly let me shower in the spa before my late departure. I didn’t use the pool, gym or spa as it was a short stay so I can’t comment on those. Would definitely stay there again! "

"Service in hotel was very good. Check in and check out was convenient. View from the room is beautiful and calming. The room is clean up and prepared for bedtime. Food at the palm tree restaurant was nice and the service and environment was wonderful. Shopping mall is in walking distance. "

"Amazing room, lovely view, pool is so nice and view is amazing from pool. Breakfast was lovely, great vegetarian options. Only 1 problem I had, under the bed had not been cleaned and there was a lot of dirt and bottles/wrappers from previous guests. Everything else was absolutely spotless "

"We had a really spacious suite, which was silent (no sounds from the bustling streets below!). The staff were incredibly helpful and lovely - especially Chris, who spent time with us on arrival to give us some really helpful advice on where to visit and trips to go on. It was really appreciated. The staff went above and beyond what we would normally get from hotel staff - they even spoke with and translated with taxi drivers and tour bookings for us. Would definitely recommend. "

"I booked this property for our 10 day vacation in Hanoi and we’re super happy to have found it as a five star residences hotel. The Five residences staff assisted us with transportation to and from the airport in a luxury resort Van. The staff greeted us on arrival and processed our check-in very expeditiously. Our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment was spacious and extremely clean and comfortable. The kitchen in the apartment is very useful and allowed us to cook small meals. The gym, sauna, steam room, hot/cold water spa and a large swimming pool were certainly used by us as part of our end of day relaxation. Overall, I would highly recommend The Five Residences in Hanoi to anyone looking for an inexpensive apartment style accommodations. 5Stars"
