"Had some friends over for my 22nd birthday and it was a great night. The house was beautiful, nicely furnished and bigger than I expected. The only thing was the house was quite cold but I would just say make sure you get there earlier to turn on the heating before dark. Other than that it was perfect!"

Our driving distance to the wedding venue (KauriBay Boomrock Clevedon) was free of motorway traffic-troubles. Hotwater had to be turned on at external water tank. No shoes allowed to be worn inside helps keeps flooring cleaner. Floor tiles highly polished. One issue was, the property appeared to Not have been recently vacuumed (dead flies around).
