"Every staff interaction was excellent... check-in (let me check in at 2:25 as that fit my busy weekend), 4am check-out (had just made a fresh pot of excellent coffee that I enjoyed while waiting for my ride to the airport) and the high energy, positive, cheery woman running around doing all sorts of work at the breakfast service.
