"Sam WAS AMAZING!!!! I am only coming back to Windsor because of her. She made our stay enjoyable and fun! My husband and I said we will make this our monthly 'staycation' because of her hospitality. I appreciated anyone and everyone we came in contact with, from the parking garage to the front desk and room service. This is by far my favorite experience in Philadelphia. We usually stay at Hotel Palomar, but due to the EXQUISITE service we received, WE WILL BE BACK- PLUS, tell our family and friends. THANK YOU, WINDSOR HOTEL! "

"It was a good experience and the hotel staff was great. It is close to many sites and walking distance from all the museums. my only complaint is that the pool was more supervised. There was a family there who let their kids run amok. Other than that I would love to stay here again in the future."

"Great hotel, great location! Walkable to so much! The staff was super friendly, rooms were big.beds were comfortable. Its in Old City near the water but very easy acess to everywhere. Would absolutely stay here again. "
