It was spacious enough that the 12 of us (4 children and 9 adults) were not on top of each other, yet cozy enough that we were able enjoy our early Christmas celebration. The host provides a ton of towels and extra toiletries. Such a surprise to find toy boxes and baby items that were helpful since some of the family had to fly in and were limited on what they could bring.
