It was spacious enough that the 12 of us (4 children and 9 adults) were not on top of each other, yet cozy enough that we were able enjoy our early Christmas celebration. Our hosts did a great job of checking in and assuring us that they'd be available if needed. Honesty, everything was so well set up upon arrival that we wanted for nothing!
