"Property is dated. Onsen was not pleasant. There are two onsens. The older one has a pebble bottom that was terrible to walk on."

"I chose this ryokan since it was the only reasonably priced one in the Nara area. It has a beautiful garden just outside our room and the room itself was comfortable and large. The only downside to the place was the strong smell in the room and the cockroach that I had to kill as it crawled across the room."
