"The home met our needs as a family of 8, with 6 kids. Space for everyone, 2 toilets, 2 bathroom sinks, 2 showers one with a tub. Relatively close to Fuse Station which was easy to navigate and get to major cities ie. Osaka, Kyoto, Nara, & Kobe. We would stay here again but know the police will be called on you bc of a disgruntled neighbor. Homeowner is aware, police seem to be aware and were kind when responding to us and our " noise level" at 9am the morning following our arrival. We told them...

"We enjoyed staying here. The location is great. There are several train stations nearby. There are plenty of food options nearby. We needed a laundromat one day and that was close by. We even found a local mochi maker down the way. The house was on a quiet street. It was fully stocked with extra towels, sheets, and enough dishes and kitchen supplies needed for our extended stay. "とにかく素晴らしいです！南朝時代の皇居として使用された堀家の母家に隣接する離れに泊まれるのですから。内部は綺麗にリノベーションされてますし、とても快適です。離れの横、母家の横には川が流れてますので、そのせせらぎや、カジカガエルの声が聞こえてきて、とても情緒があります。泊まった日は、はからずも満月でしたので、広々としたお風呂に入り、その窓から月と川を眺めておりました。心の底から癒されるひと時でした。お風呂は家族で入れる大きさなので、ゆったりできます。ホテルの周りには人がいませんので、夜になると川の音しかしません。庭に出て自然の音に包まれながら、満月を愛でつつお酒を飲む最高の時間。魂の洗濯が出来た気がしました。また、当主の堀様も品のある素敵な方で、さすが代々続いてこられたお家柄だと感動しました。歴史好きな方は是非、またそうでない方でも、きっと満足出来るホテルだと思います。今回は食事無しでしたので、それだけが心残りですね。次回は是非、食事もしてみたいと思いました。ありがとうございました！"
