"We stayed 4 nights at Toyoko Inn, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and nice with a comfortable bed. We were met at the airport on arrival and shuttled to the hotel. It was nice to have breakfast included- more gluten free options would have benefited us. It was very convenient to stay here right at the mall where we could choose from many places to eat and easily get transportation. We’d recommend staying here to be on the north side of Cebu City in Mandaue. Housekeeping is daily or they leave towels if you put out DND sign too."
