"CONS: The room was not very clean. The bathroom fixtures were broken and their was mildew all over the shower. We found random small bugs in the room on 2 or 3 counts. The walls have cracks and damage. Staff were also not super friendly. No one ever smiles at this hotel. PROS: very comfortable bed. Room is very quiet and black out blinds work great. Central location close to shopping and the university. Hotel and surrounding area felt very safe even at night."

One day the clean lady forgot to provide bottle water, but with a phone call, they send to our room. Breakfast is okay, overall a pretty nice place to stay."

"Me and my newly married wife are having great experiences staying there with comfortable bed on demand room service for food. Their concierge are top notch and supportive. We love our room with vintage tub and separate shower. Regent hotel has a distance to the shopping mall so we don’t have to worry about getting around "
