"This property was as listed, quiet and secluded area with all promised amenities. The only complaints were the cleanliness of the dishes, most dishes had residue from past tenants and had to be rewashed before use, and the hottub was dirty, in addition to the fact beach towels are not provided for the hot tub. But overall the stay was comfortable."

"Sweet Nell’s was a great place to stay for the week during the winter. The gas fireplace was a nice touch especially in the cold winter, although the upstairs stays very warm most of the time each room having their own heat controlled base boards. Additionally, it was very nice to have a dishwasher, washer, and dryer…extremely convenient and easy for packing and unpacking from start to finish. The hot tub was awesome (an awning or some sort of coverage over it would be nicer when it is raining...

"I took my 2 kids to Hocking Hills for a long weekend on fall break. We lucked out with this location. Easy access to the state park and main attractions in the area. House was clean, spacious and perfect for the 3 of us. Hot tub and deck were nice bonus. Owner was very responsive to any questions I had regarding the check in process. We would definitely recommend this place for any couple or family planning a trip to Hocking Hills at a reasonable price. I would gladly stay here again....

"The house was large and comfortable for our family’s gathering. The outdoor space was lovely. Kids could play outside. Kitchen was large but a bit understocked for big family dinners, so we were glad we brought some things. The three standard bedrooms were comfortable (and the primary bedroom and bath was huge), but there were fewer functional bedrooms than we expected. The two attic rooms were not insulated (very cold in November and would presumably be very hot in summer). There really wasn’t...

"Arrived a bit early and was able to check in. House was as pictured. I read a review stating the address is listed on another home and it really is but just look past that house and you can see this one. We brought my grandson's jeep and there are trails right off the driveway to take through the woods, he had a blast. The hot tub is not as far away as I thought it was from the house. Did have to clean the water and run a filter cycle but the hot tub was great!!!! Didn't get to use the fire pit...
