Brian was always one step ahead, anticipating needs I didn’t even realize I had—talk about next-level service! And Dennis? He’s the kind of professional who radiates pride in what he does. His dedication and genuine care for guests create an atmosphere that’s rare to find. The rooms were immaculate, the amenities top-tier, and the location perfect—but let’s be honest, it’s people like Almonie, Brian, and Dennis that turn a hotel stay into a five-star memory. "The staff was very nice and understanding. We told the valet that we'd have to leave early in the morning before the valet employees start their shift and they left our vehicle up front with the keys at the front desk for us to pick up in the morning. The room was clean and quiet. And the hotel was within walking distance of quite a few things."

"The room and common areas of the hotel were spotless and although not exactly walkable, the property is conveniently close to OSU. There are also several good dining options nearby. For an OSU parent, it's an excellent option."
