"First time in Kobe. Nice hotel in the harbor. I stayed in a corner suite on the 9th floor. Had a great view of the harbor. Was nice to sit out on the deck at night and have a drink. The second morning staying a cruise ship pulled up right beside the hotel. It was so quiet you wouldn't even know they were coming in. "The room itself was nice. Very quaint. But the sink leaked, nobs on the shower doors fell off and ants were readily present. The property looked tired and rundown. I could tell at one time it was a modern type resort, however, time has not been kind to the facilities. Grass was overgrown, bushes were untrimmed, sidewalks were covered with moss and weeds.
