"The owner is not kind or friendly, I had to wait in rain around 40 minutes before a kind neighbor arrived and helped, no bed is ok but tatami and everything is short, I’m 5’8 only and I had to try sleeping in half moon position, no bathroom attached bed room, at night time you have to go down into a very steep stairs which is dangerous, no taxi can enter the premise and will not come to get you. "

"The villa that we stayed in was well kept and very clean! The local area was beautiful and quiet. Our group had decided the rent cars which made getting around the area that much easier as well as the location of the villa having easy and accessible parking. Right next to the famous FujiQ amusement park as well as dozens of beautiful Onsen with great views of Fuji!! The site of the villas itself was unique with fun camping vibes! "Great private onsen, close to hakone cruise ferry. Arrived early before check in time, owner did not respond quick enough for the door lock. Luckily met the owner when arrived at the destination to put in the luggage."

"What a wonderful holiday home. New and fresh, photos don’t do it justice. Lots of space, bedrooms are upstairs - 2 bedrooms each with 4 single beds so could accommodate a large group. Few minutes walk to the lake with fabulous views of Mt Fuji and close to Oishi park. You can see Mt Fuji from the holiday house and it had a little deck (but no table/chairs). Really quiet area. "I booked 3 days to stay in this property. We decided on the first day that it is not for us and refunded the last day. Cons: To start, the walk to the property is the furthest walk on the entire street practically only up hill walking. It is quite annoying to get anywhere if you want to leave the property. The laundry machine is broken and leaks everywhere, leading to badly washed clothes and a wet floor. The beds were wet before we entered the villa. We tried to sleep, but too moist to...

"最寄りの駅の下吉田駅から歩いて行けるので、車がなくても問題ありません。神社もものすごく近くて、リビングからも富士山が見えます。施設もとても綺麗で、間取りも良く、一階と二階にトイレがあり、すごい良かったです。ドライヤーが壊れていて使えませんでしたが、冬ではなかったので、特に問題はありませんでした。"

"Large space in Hakone and very reasonably priced. Good for large groups of fit, young people. Recommended parking is up a very steep hill and stairs to second floor are a little narrow and steep. The house was otherwise clean and comfortable."
