"The outside light was burned out, the bedroom was especially dirty. The fan was covered with so much dust you could not use it. The smoke detectors battery compartments were open with batteries in them so they were not working. The bathroom attached to bedroom had no hot water, tepid at best. The bathroom sink needed 3 lightbulbs there was one. No trash can liners or toilet tissue ( I found a third of a roll). This property is old but it seems to me it should be maintained better. Nice, welcoming touches throughout the home anticipating every need.
