"We arrived at the bed and breakfast at 7:00 pm after a very long day of travel and were told she had cancelled our room so at the very last minute we had to scramble and find something else ended up having to add anothe Mr 2 hours on to our already long day of travel. When will I be reimbursed for the room we never got ?"

"Why isn’t my bed at home this soft? Or my house this clean, for that matter? Great home and great hosts (thank you for our welcome basket!). Nice, welcoming touches throughout the home anticipating every need. Obvious effort was made for guest comfort – from the super soft bedding and bath linens, to the couch with cozy blankets that made you want to stay just a little bit longer. And no laundry list of chores we needed to complete upon check out!"
