Best night's sleep on king size sleigh bed

"Easy check in, very clean and well stocked with everything needed. I was visiting my daughter at UMass who had to have knee surgery. There was lots of space for her to get around. It was also close to the University which was important for us as well."

"Our group was 7 adults and 1 dog for a ski weekend and we were very pleased with our stay. The house was clean, cozy, well-stocked, and comfortable for all of us to cook, eat and socialize together. We loved the ample supply of board games, clean and modern bathrooms, the wood burning stove, and historic charm of the house. The host was very responsive and made it easy to contact him if we needed anything. We would absolutely consider this property again when visiting in the future. "

"It was just as shown in the listing. Overall was very clean and comfortable. Futon took a little figuring out to get set up and securing the shower curtain to prevent spilling water on the bathroom floor took a do-over and some clean-up, but in general was very happy with our stay and the host was very courteous and responsive."

"A great place for a family stay in downtown Amherst. "

"The house was perfect for us as we moved our daughter into UMASS. Close to the college, restaurants and shopping. Very clean house and had everything we needed. "

"We have been staying here at least once a year to ski at the nearby mountains for the past several years. The home is spotless and the amenities are top notch. The house has everything you need to cook a great meal, a huge TV for a cozy movie night, comfortable king beds and the awesome, squeaky clean hot tub. "Property was nice, clean, easy access to many places. Huge back yard, we had 5 adults, plenty of room for us. It was winter, so we did not utilize the screen porch or the deck so much, this would be a great place for summer visits. Overall, not a bad choice if you want a place to stay in Easthampton. "

"This place is immaculate and the host is responsive. We stayed here to ski in Mount snow which is about 25 minutes drive. We arrived later in the evening and the place was warm and cozy. "

"Pristine can mean several different things. My interpretation was to be “like new”. This dwelling did not quite live up to that standard, but was clean, sans the “mud room” and what appeared to be mold on the peak of the ceiling above the living room. The original listing stated firewood was provided by the host. Then, the checkin instructions stated guests provided their own. Not huge, just misstated in the listing (since changed). "Wonderful, updated and well-stocked kitchen and IMMENSE refrigerator helped with making four mammoth feasts in a row for family, with grandkids and pooches underfoot. Terrific location, beautifully appointed house, and Colleen could not possibly be more responsive. Thanks for having us!!!"

"Location is minutes away from town. Location was easy to find. House was very clean and had all that we needed. Perfect size for our group of 5 adults, each having our own bedroom. We found plenty to do in the area. Jane was very helpful giving us information of things to do, especially being a girl's weekend, she informed us of spas, shopping and great spots to see foliage, and nice restaurant nearby that had music. Would definitely stay here again."

"The views are beautiful, and the cabin is home-y. Nice updates include new heating and a wall-mounted smart TV that you can rotate to view from the kitchen, dining room, or living area. The host kindly allowed us to check in up to two hours early, which we deeply appreciated. The sport courts are quite a distance from the cabin, so keep that in mind if booking in warm weather months with kiddos who'd want to play on them! (I'd mistakenly assumed they were right next to the cabin.)"

"Great spot for a friends' getaway! The house is spacious with a bright, big living room perfect for gatherings. The location is stunning, nestled in a beautiful area with a hiking trail right in the backyard. Plus, there are interesting places to visit nearby like Historic Deerfield and Shelburne Falls. The only downside was some machinery noise from the first floor, especially at night. Overall, a lovely stay!"
