"We stayed for 2 nights for a special birthday. The communications beforehand were informative and friendly. When we arrived the welcome was warm and the property was lovely. It was exactly as described as well as being clean and well equipped. The outside space was also excellent with a good sized, enclosed and safe garden. "The loft was a delightful stay!! Tessa had gone the extra mile by providing a lovely welcome tray of tea, coffee, orange juice and breakfast items with a fruit bowl. The bed was amazing…. So comfortable, we will certainly miss it being back home! There was board games supplied and tele had Amazon, Netflix and Spotify for music. The convection microwave was simple to use and we cooked a couple of meals. We will certain use this quaint little loft again when in the area. 😀"

"Such a beautiful property right on the lake. It was perfect for our family get together and the teens loved being able to take their paddle boards straight off the jetty onto the lake. Lots to do in the surrounding area as well. Great support from orion holidays on site. Replaced the bedding for my sister within half an hour to help her allergy! Amazing team"

"The property was very clean and was equipped with everything you need (and with things that you never knew you needed!). Good location for exploring the local area, it really is a very pretty part of the world. For a 1 bed property it is very spacious and the outside area is a real sun trap."

"We had a great time at the lodge, it was spacious, well presented and in a nice wuiet location. All amenities were as listed and we didn't find anything wanting. The children found lots to do at the hoburne site and we could relax in the peaceful surroundings. Overall, a wonderful base ro explore the area. "

"We had a long weekend with friends at the property, which is exactly as it looks in the photos. Nice rooms, big kitchen and a large living space with really cool decor. Lots of lovely walks nearby and a local town within 10 minutes drive so easy to get to. Highly recomend."

"This is an outstanding property for a large group or family gathering. The house is very well equipped and comfortable, especially the bedrooms and bathrooms. The location is ideal for anyone wanting quiet country walks amongst wonderful countryside or as a base for exploring Cotswold villages and nearby towns. Good pubs close by but you must drive a few miles to buy provisions."

"My son, mother and I stayed in this lovely cottage. It was nice to have 3 levels. We loved the heated floors and kitchen. Parking was onsite. We visited the spectacular Blenheim Palace Christmas display and enjoyed dinner at two local pubs The Swan and The Fox"

"Lovely setting. Lots of facilities. We had a lovely holiday. "

"Our family of 7 had a great time. The modern house was comfortable and worked well for us.We had some lovely walks by the many lakes and waterways and made good use of the swimming pool and sauna. We really appreciated being able to walk right from the front door into lovely countryside. The beds in the property were very comfortable and the house was warm. It would have been helpful if more than 4 coffee pods had been provided for 7 adults for a 3 night stay and if kitchen roll and a spare bin...

"We stayed as two families as we needed both space and privacy whist attending a family funeral (so hotels were out). It was perfect for that and I am sure it would be great for a holiday too. The facilities were just as we expected and the house is really nice. It is in a very quite location and so would be great for a relaxing break whist being pretty close to a number of attractions.
