"Great place to stay. Me and the dog loved it. Very quiet (except being on the flight path of RAF Brize Norton). Loved the planes, so it didn't bother me, after the shock of the first one! Beautifully furnished, with an amazing garden and field beyond for the dog. Located close to visit the Cotswold Wildlife Park. Would highly recommend."

"I was disappointed at the cleanliness. It seemed as just the bare minimum was cleaned. There is quite a bit of mold in every window and in the bathroom. The bathroom had cobwebs and multiple spiders. the shower and sink had pink mold as if it hasn't been cleaned in awhile. The baseboards and around furniture had thick dust built up. "Stunning lodge in the most beautiful setting. This was our third visit to Lower Mill Estate. Coot Lodge is a very spacious 3 bedroom lodge - with double height living accommodation, huge decked area, with bbq. It’s close proximity to the spa and pool made it super easy to walk to. Lots of towels and clean bedding. We were spoilt for board Games. The property is so lovely that we didn’t really want to leave to go anywhere! We would highly recommend and would book to visit again."

"We were a group of 7 staying (4 adults, 3 children) for 3 nights. The cottage had everything we could need. There are 2 bedrooms perfectly set up for kids with the other 2 for adults. The bathrooms were decent and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need and more, although some cupboard space to store our food would have been nice.The outdoor dining space was very peaceful and pretty although a little overlooked. "Cottage facilities very good met expectations fully. En-suite bedroom very small. Insufficient bath towels for four and only one dry-up towel in kitchen."

"The cottage was gorgeous. It was small, personal and comfy. Everything we needed for our 4 night stay. We explored Lechlade, went to several pubs and ate out, as well as cooked in the cottage. I did lots of sketching, and went fishing with my boys. It was a great short break. Julia's property was perfect."

"We loved the location and house - really beautiful view from the porch over the lake, warm and cozy Well equipped house although it is looking a bit tired and in need of some painting My main negative comment is that the cost of the clean is rather large - and the house was not as clean as I would have expected. The dishwasher filter and arms were completely blocked and definitely had not been cleaned for a long time and the upstairs bath plug was blocked with horrible black hairs ..."
