"Avoid this property at all costs! It was a nightmare, owner couldn’t be contacted for hours (tried to call him and no one picked up the phone) and only after we got a hold of him, he informed us that the place was double booked. We were travelling with 2 young kids and waited nearly 2 hours in front of this property. It was 9 pm and we had to scramble to find a place to stay. The owner offered another location which was in Shinjuku, which is on the opposite of the city. This was a terrible...

"My family and I stayed at this location at the end of October 2024. It was clean, spacious enough for 5 adults, and conveniently located near the train station. I'm not a train person but it's very easy in Japan with google maps, so this was a big bonus. Beds were soft, showers were excellent, toilets of course amazing, would stay again next time we come to Japan. "We had excellent stay at Nyoze house. The house was very nice and clean , has all good facilities like internet, TV (Netflix and prime), good kitchen and bathrooms. The house is good to have a relaxed day with your family. The groceries are nearby (walkabble 500 mts) and Nubia (the host) is an excellent host. "We had a great vacation close to the skytree. Our host communicated well, and let us keep our luggage for a few hours after our stay and before our flight. The place was large and clean. I would definitely stay here again.The only downside is the street noise is loud during the night but that is just being in one of the largest cities in the world. Just keep in mind if you're a light sleeper."

"Modern three storey town house with three bedrooms! Great place for a large party! Very comfortable and 10-12 minute walk from local Shinjuku stations. 20 minutes to Shibuya crossing! Very responsive, kind and understanding host. Host was extremely accommodating and was flexible to change our dates last minute, when typhoon in Okinawa uprooted our trip plans. Can’t recommend this place enough!"
