"I really enjoyed my stay at Santuario Getsemaní Hostel. The mixed dorms were the most private I have experiances yet with walls on behind you and to either side and an adjustable blind at the front. Each bed has a small lock box inside for valuables, shelves and your own plug socket and light, it felt more like a room than being in a mixed dorm honestly. The room had an AC and fan as well which made my nights very comfortable. Lucia, Mir, Cat and William were very friendly and helped me out...

"For some unknown reason this place was already rated "excellent" whereas there was no previous reviews. So I felt a little bit manipulated as this place without being bad was way overrated. Although the place is generally clean, it nis not maintained properly. Some stuffs need some fixing. The room I stayed in for almost 10 days had suffered water leakage in the wall which resulted in traces on the wall which has not been redone or even painted. "I booked and paid on expedia, upon arrival the clerk tried to say i had not paid, then he tried to charge us more saying i had not paid the full price. I had to show him my records before he finally decided i had paid...it felt like a scam, he did apologize but it still felt like a deliberate act. Additionally while in the room, staff members would periodically enter the room and take pictures, i founf this to be disturbing. "

"The staff is beyond friendly and helpful. That's really what makes this place worth staying at. The room for me was wayyy too small with not even enough space to open my suitcase in it, but the staff was very helpful and understanding of why I ended up staying somewhere else. It's a beautiful space, but I would only recommend it if you are a light packer/minimalist. The location is great for walking around the Getsemani and walled city area. "

"Pleasantly surprised! Tucked away in La boquilla, ( not a very rich area) is a beautiful retreat. Cold room, stunning balconies and rooftop. Full kitchen. Only place to eat is next door, closes early. I used Rappi for other meals beach is long and swimable. The whole town come out in evening to play soccer it's a very lovely family town. You must get past what your eyes see on the drive here. This is not Bocagrande. I felt safe and a nostalgia watching the town enjoy life into the sunset. Felt...

"I love this place SO MUCH! It's such a hidden gem, the Uber driver actually had to ask a young boy where it was, even though we were about 50 feet from the property. (It shares space with a kitesurf shop. Just look for the gear hanging on the wall.) Heavenly private! I was skeptical that such an inexpensive room could actually have a view of the ocean, but they were telling the truth. Five minutes after checking in, I was swinging in my own hammock, hanging from the walls of the veranda...

"The room is super nice and the personnel are very helpful and knowledgeable of the area around the hotel, The view from the rooftop it's incredible and it's very well located, for those who don't speak English they have English speakers in the lobby, I highly recommend this place, there's no need to rent a car cuz you have access to the best parts of the city, they are all within walking distance."

"Our family spent six nights at the InterContinental Cartagena de Indias, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. We stayed in a one-bedroom suite, which included access to Club InterContinental on the 15th floor—a delightful surprise. The Club offered breakfast, coffee, afternoon drinks, and evening hors d'oeuvres, which were so fresh and delicious that we often enjoyed dinner there. The customer service throughout the hotel was exceptional, the rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, and the pool and bar provided a perfect spot for relaxation. Additionally, having direct access to the beach just across the street was fantastic. This was our first time staying at an InterContinental hotel, and it left such a lasting impression that we now plan to stay at InterContinental properties whenever possible. Highly recommended!"
