Staff is very friendly and helpful, offering suggestions/recommendations when requested. The hotel is conveniently situated right inside the wall and a great price/value. "Staff receptionist, Adriana, gave us a warm big welcome and she even informed us about the hotel rewards program, which we were not aware of at first. Ana, housekeeping, always has a huge smile. No matter how busy, she took a minute to greet us. Roberto from dining was very attentive and he made sure the plates and tables were cleared and clean.
