"The hotel is amazing, the place is out of this world, the view from everywhere is incredible. The Staff is nice and warm. Areas of improvement: The staff is most of the time trying to identify if you are a guest or an intruder, walking out of the property and back is the same thing, stopping you to ask if you are a guest or not. Even having the card key in my hand, they stop you and ask you. When check out they charged you wrongly two expensive dinners, around 600 usd, we claimed and they fromt...

"A lovely and very comfortable hotel with very friendly staff. We spent Christmas Eve here and had a very nice Christmas dinner too. The restaurant and room service is a little on the expensive side, but the quality is very good. Would recommend."
