"We had an amazing stay. From the beautiful property to the help at the frontt desk, everything was perfect. Beautiful property and plenty of room in the apartment. Loved the balcony. One of the best features was at the end....We were not scheduled to leave the city until late in the afternoon, but they held our luggage and provided towels for the pool. Most other places will kick you out at 11, but they welcomed the extra stay and made you feel at home. "

"We stayed for over a month, and we doubt with a gentleman by the name of Rui, at the front desk. He was so incredibly helpful, friendly, insightful, and gave us some phenomenal suggestions. No request was too small or too big. His Customer service really made our trip memorable. He gave us ideas for places to go, restaurants, bakeries, local things to do, and if we had any issues at all, they were dealt with, in an expedient fashion! Fabulous room, we upgraded to a two bedroom suite overlooking...

"Very nice hotel. Clean, spacious and also very quiet, which was good. The location was also good - walk distance to beach, old town and the stripe. The meal (breakfast and dinner) was average. One thing not very happy was for arrange a taxi to Faro airport - was told by the front desk staff that they could arrange taxi with fixed price of 50euro but actually the driver charged by meter for 56euro saying never be fixed "

"Rooms exactly as described on the Hotel website. Breakfast is outstanding. Indoor pool and gym are very good for a hotel. Staff are very professional and accommodating. We had a slight issue and Ramon helped us out immediately."
