"We stayed for over a month, and we doubt with a gentleman by the name of Rui, at the front desk. He was so incredibly helpful, friendly, insightful, and gave us some phenomenal suggestions. No request was too small or too big. His Customer service really made our trip memorable. He gave us ideas for places to go, restaurants, bakeries, local things to do, and if we had any issues at all, they were dealt with, in an expedient fashion! "We loved this hotel for its location, close to three beaches. The view of the ocean from the balcony is amazing. The breakfast was very good, in a nice setting and the stuff was welcoming and helpful. The reception stuff, particularly Guilherme, Carlos, and Anastasia, was multilingual and very competent, offering us suggestion for our daily trips. Last but not least, the hotel has a large, airy atrium, a social space and even a small library."

"First of all, I never leave bad reviews and I’ve traveled to over 20 places outside the US. This was the worst all inclusive I’ve experienced. I don’t even know where to start. The safe in the room had no key pad so clearly couldn’t be used, they didn’t inform us you had to use your key card to get electricity, the room was so hot when we got there because the AC was off, There’s ONE bar open all day/ night, it was 11-5 at one place then 6-11 at another. The lobby “bar” was soft drinks only....
