"Clean enough. Just be aware that if you get a room on the “road side” it’s gonna be LOUD. The door to your room is only 30-40 feet from the main road, so those giant produce trucks that always seem to be running will be your constant company. "

"The hotel is good and good area but need to take care in cleaning better the rooms,House keeping not doing the job special in bathroom dirty as much,i come to walmart near the hotel to buy a clorox and desinfecting product to clean myself ."

"My husband and I couldn’t be happier with our stay. The owner was friendly, very helpful in getting the tv cable reconnected as soon as we asked about it, generous with complimentary snacks and drinks, very nice breakfast included, and comfortable accommodations in the room. We would definitely return and will recommend the Oak Tree Hotel to our friends. "

"Booked 2 rooms. Both were exceptionally clean and the virtual check in was quick and easy. The hotel is located in a prime location with access to many restaurants and the one next door (Grill 1951) is an excellent choice. Great value for the price!"
