"Kevin and Kim left us a wonderful gift to welcome us to their home. Kim was so kind and provided prompt friendly communication whenever it was needed. The condo is well organized and provides everything you need to enjoy your stay in Punta Gorda. We had lots of family and friends staying in the area so we did not get to spend much time there. "Love a warm late winter trip to FL from PA! Really enjoyed a nice relaxing stay at Di's place. We had absolutely everything we needed!! The lanai was my favorite spot for AM coffee & PM wine & book. Fishing was a hit for the guys. The pool temp was perfect for us girls. We had some really great meals, K&K Bakery, Twisted Fork, Sandbar Tiki & Grille, Farlow's on the Water, Lighthouse Grill, The Waverly and The Village Brewhouse at the Fishermen's Village to name a few favorites."

"Location worked great for us…..size was great as well. Lanai faces El Jobean/ 776 and is very noisy so if you want an outdoor space that is quiet this isn’t the place. The condo itself is very quiet. You do have to climb stairs to access the condo so if you cannot do stairs, this isn’t the right place for you. Parking was convenient and is covered. "
