"Clean, recently renovated, and adequately furnished--more light in the living area would be a plus. The location is outside of Punta Gorda, which has upsides and downsides. The location is pretty quiet, except for some not too intrusive road noise. I like to walk and bike out the door, and the location is not good for that--a drive is required. The unique thing about this property is the location on Shell Creek--very nice view from the patio door. Paddled on Shell Creek with the provided kayak...

"Spent two months here. Great location, quiet, yet close to everything. Didn't have to contact Michelle very often, but when we had a question, she responded immediately. Our favorite gator made daily appearances. :). Definitely recommend."

"The condo seemed a bit dated, but fairly comfortable. There was a missing door on the new glass shower. However, some installers came and took care of that 3 days before we left. We did have use of the alternate shower. The people in the condo community were very friendly, and the pool was great. Overall we were happy with our stay."

"Very responsive in communication. Had a little issue with hot water, quick follow up with resolution to get it up and running again. They were going to replace the unit after we left The unit was very clean. It was great to have acces to laundry too."

"We loved the peaceful atmosphere on the water, the proximity to fun and room to stretch out. The bed was perfect and it was a nice stay. The issue we had was with the dock and using the equipment there. After capsizing a canoe, it was a struggle to get out of the murky water. A ladder or better dock system is needed"

"Nicely remodeled units and views of inland waterway. Only drawback is noisy highway nearby when you sit on a nice deck chair. Quiet in the units though."
