"My wife and I were on our honeymoon and we had to evacuate Cape Coral due to hurricane Milton. The caboose was an incredible escape from the storm! "We enjoyed our stay at Gina's place, located conveniently near everywhere we needed/wanted to go. Very comfortable accommodations and beautifully decorated with Gina's original paintings. Added bonus for us was daily visits from her two friendly, adorable and talkative cats. Highly recommend this quiet, cozy place."

"It was perfect. It felt like being at home when away from home. Streaming TV, never ending hot water heater, comfy bed, nice kitchen for eating in, and robust AC for the hot Florida temps. The prop manager even stocked some coffee and snacks for us. Also the location is a 2 minute walk from the downtown circle which has a couple of really good restaurants and only 3 minute drive to the grocery store. We will be back."

"We didnt receive any information how to check in. After I contacted Expedia, the owner emailed me finally. The day before arrival, I texted the owner & was told how to check in. The next day we flew in, I texted the owner we'll be there in 2 hours. The owner replied: something happened yesterday & the apartment is not able to be given for rent. It was 8pm & we had no place to spend the night. "

"A simple, clean, unassuming property. Area quite safe. A good value. Everything worked, and in my experience, the manager appears to live nearby and is very attentive to any issues. Many people stay there for warm mineral springs which is a 5 minute walk away.
