"We enjoyed our stay! It was conveniently located and the lodging was nice. Staff was very friendly. The only one that was not was the lady with long brown hair at the front desk of the gym/pool area. She was the only one that did not match the vibe as the rest of the staff at the resort. No smile and very direct. It wouldn’t stand out if the rest of the staff was also like that. Outside of her, everyone else was great! The upstairs area was colder than the downstairs area but we dealt with it. The hot tub faucet was loose when we tried it the first time but I brought it up to the front desk guy and he was very accommodating. When you have friendly people, no matter what the problems are, it always smooths itself out and leaves a good taste in your mouth to want to stay again. "

"First impression of the property was amazing! The house was extremely clean and charming. There was also a perfect set up that included everything you could possibly do in the area. We also loved using the hot tub on our stay; it was a perfect way to end our trip. Definitely would recommend!"

"We greatly enjoyed our stay in Pagosa Springs for my kids' first trip skiing in Colorado. It was clean, with plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to make a few meals at the condo, but close to several options for eating out."

"The property was even better than advertised! They thought of everything - fans, robes for the hot tub, a snack/water basket, extra blankets and pillows, games…..we LOVED it. We decided to cook our meals and every single pot/pan/utensil was there. It was spacious, well decorated, and so cozy & cute. Gorgeous views and so quiet and peaceful. Would recommend this property over and over. Can’t say enough about our stay!"
