"Very nice staff and the food is excellent. The room is spacious and clean but we’ve been a bit disappointed by the bathroom, the shower and hair dryer look like the one there are in hospitals (shower without curtain or wall, it’s hard not to flood the bathroom, hair dryer mounted to the wall). There was no TV remote in the room, we haven’t been given the password for the wifi neither. Overall it’s a nice place to stay for a ski trip and we would definitely recommend the restaurant, but we think...

"Everything as expected, just to remember they will ask you to clean the rooms including bath rooms and toilet otherwise they will charge you. I don’t know if this place has additional cleaning done before you get the next guest checkin. "

"Poor reception in the property. We arrived at about 10 pm. No reception open. Eventually found an envelope taped to the wall with our room key in it and confusing instructions as to how to find room. On the day we left a couple had been waiting 8 hours to check in. Staff in general vsried fro rude to intolerant. The exception being the delightful ladies providing breakfast.
