"Beautiful setting, quiet, ski in/ski out access was great. Wonderful facilities to enjoy after a day on the slopes - pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam. Handy on site shop which had everything we needed for a week of self catering. Friendly and helpful staff. "

The room is spacious and clean but we’ve been a bit disappointed by the bathroom, the shower and hair dryer look like the one there are in hospitals (shower without curtain or wall, it’s hard not to flood the bathroom, hair dryer mounted to the wall). There was no TV remote in the room, we haven’t been given the password for the wifi neither. Overall it’s a nice place to stay for a ski trip and we would definitely recommend the restaurant, but we think...

"Poor reception in the property. We arrived at about 10 pm. No reception open. Eventually found an envelope taped to the wall with our room key in it and confusing instructions as to how to find room. On the day we left a couple had been waiting 8 hours to check in. Staff in general vsried fro rude to intolerant. The exception being the delightful ladies providing breakfast. The barman avoided any work at all and showed his real displeasure if you asked anything of him.. On the plus side great...

"We have walked past this hotel many times over the years and were looking forward to staying. Unfortunately the experience did not match the expectation. The lady manager was not helpful, she did not offer any help with the luggage( we had three big bags - skiing stuff is bulky!).
