"The room smell was ridiculous as soon as we walked in it smelled like pee and old water. The tv did not work. The toilet shot out water from the side every flush. The tub was dirty and stained. The sink had build up within the faucet handles. It looks like they barely cared to touch it. I spent $20 on cleaning products at dollar general to try and make the smell ok to sleep but even so it smelled like fabulous piss. They have not swept outside at all. "We were in the patio for 3 days and it has cute small rooms. Be aware that the “kitchen” is actually in the main bedroom closet. Basically it’s the main bedroom, bathroom and a second bedroom/living. We moved from there do to loud neighbors and Michael/Miranda were super responsive and offered us the cottage to stay in.
