"First off the owners of the property were super accommodating. They even brought us a delicious fresh avocado from their tree. The home was beautiful. The pool and outdoor space was incredible! We spent most of our week in the pool. Sadly we did not see any dolphins 😞 The available kayaks were a nice touch! You don’t get that little extra at most places. "

"Owner was great to communicate. Internet was in and out at the house most of the stay-tv requires internet. Hot tub had sand in it from the 'sand yard'...also hot tub had to be preheated for 30 min prior to u wanting it hot. 'Sand' area is outside of the lanai this completely swarmed with bugs so it was unusable. The laundry required payment (we knew) but didnt realize it was gonna be $2.50 per wash and $2 per dry. I usually wash owners towels used in the pool often but this forced me not to....

"The pictures don’t do the view out the back justice. We had a fabulous time sitting on the dock watching manatees and dolphins. Neighbour Robert was really helpful and Scott was also on-hand for any concerns. Villa is really well equipped, although we couldn’t find an ironing board. The location is ideal for exploring, we visited Anna Maria Island, Clearwater Tarpon Srings, Downtown Tampa, Busch Gardens. But also had some really enjoyable pool days enjoying some peace and quiet. "We stayed over Thanksgiving and had Thanksgiving dinner at the house. It was such a good experience! The kitchen truly has it all - we figured there is NO WAY there will be a potato peeler or a meat thermometer.. But there absolutely was! Plenty of counter space, a reliable oven and the most gorgeous dining table! The back room was the perfect place to sit and enjoy the lovely views. There was a great breeze through the sliding doors! We truly enjoyed our stay and will keep you all bookmarked...

"Fountain House is beautiful and elegant. The property is as nice as the pictures. Everything was very clean including the outdoors and pool area. We would definitely recommend this house and would stay here again. "
