"Everything was great except for the drop off and pick up designation. Don’t feel as a customer that I should have the drag my luggage across up/down an escalator and through a walkway upon arriving for check-in and departing the hotel. Very cumbersome and not considering the burden on guests. Option would be to have complimentary luggage porters available to assist guest to and from the Garagemahal."

"This is a beautiful hotel.. located right next to the strip. You walk across the street, go through the mall a short walk and you’re right on the strip. Free parking is nice. And the size of the rooms is incredible! Super clean, and I am OCD about that. Our room had everything. Microwave, fridge, small stovetop. We had a mountain view which I prefer… it’s quieter. The A/C is super quiet. I can’t stand noise! You can hear the train, we heard it at 8AM, but that was the only negative. The staff are extremely helpful and professional. This one of only a few hotels in Vegas that is fully non-smoking. I will definitely stay there again. "
