We have the room next door laughing ,screaming and talking all night long ,we left to airport at 4.30 with not sleep,not body to call ,we were scare bc only women’s staying ,other than that ,was not bad ,like the restaurants inside,we didn’t have car rental so this save us

We are on the 4th floor. The elevator kept breaking leaving people getting backed up in front of the elevator waiting to get to our room and WAITING for it to finally come down 10 minutes later. Stayed stuck on the 4th floor both times. TWICE! Then I can only assume they worked on it while we TRIED to sleep because the NON STOP BUZZING from repairs made it impossible. I tried calling down to housekeeping for extra pillows (they only gave us 2 tiny ones) and no one answered and front desk said “I can’t help you, that’s housekeeping. They made a huge stink about extra pillows and I’m disabled. I need the support. Having to explain my medical history (which is nobody’s business) but had no choice so I could get extra pillows for my back. Absolutely ridiculous. Never ever ever again stay in this ridiculous hole! What a joke!

It was a nice place to stay for 2 nights. You get the Vegas feel while not being around traffic and the strip (if you are looking for fun but not the inconvenience and high prices at the strip).

I wish Arizona and Charlie would upgrade TVs in the room. The service is horrible in the room. It’s like the TV channels look like from the 70s 80s. They’re not clear. TVs are small old-school flat screens and it would be nice if they had more places to choose to eat like a subway inside the casino instead of the ones they have I come here often
