"I have been to Japan many times over a period of 10 years. I have stayed in so many hotels I can not count anymore. Straight facts. Hotel is very reasonably priced. It is in a great location. Short taxi ride to many restaurants and many attractions within walking distance. The restaurant is great. One day I did not fell like going out to dinner. I spend 8000 Yen per person on the dinner buffet...At first I was reluctant...but they had Alcohol and beer included. All you can eat and Drink. It was...

"This is a lovely new hotel, very helpful friendly staff and one of the very best Onsens we’ve experienced in Japan (this is my third trip). Really fantastic- new, clean, three pools- outstanding. The hotel is 35 minutes S of Hakuba by car and an hour by shuttle bus, and the shuttle only runs to and from once per day so without a car you don’t have many options. Omachi, the nearest town is a fairly long walk. Recommend having a rental car if you stay here. "

"Very close to Nagano Station which was convenient for travel to & from Nagano. Staff were courteous and helpful. Room was clean with excellent shower but my family of 4 were squeezed into a twin bed room, so minimal room to put luggage & beds are small. If you're a tall or large person, you would find the beds very small."
