"We had a wonderful Christmas Vacation!!! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed. They were extremely accommodating and even allowed us to check in early after unexpected circumstances. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Great food, very delicious!!! Would definetely recommend this hostel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. "

"My stay at Pension Meteor was amazing! The staff were so friendly and spoke fluent English. They went out of their way to help me plan activities on my trip and understand the area. The beds were comfortable and the ambience was cozy. They even have an adorable and calm dog on the property who greeted me whenever I returned to the Pension! Would definitely stay again and recommend to others. "

"This facility is suitable for relaxing all the time with big outside bathtub and quiet room. We could stay in safe and really enjoy all of the time. Especially when we were in the 2nd floor in our room to take a outside bath, we were amazed by the beautiful sight of the stars. "The owners provided excellent hospitality. It was really nice of them to pick and drop us off at the train station. There is a bus stop in front of the house which was very convenient to visit the snow resorts. The house is clean, homey, and great for the price. I highly recommend staying here! I hope to visit again in the future."

"食事の時も犬と一緒にいられて、車や部屋に閉じ込めておかなくて良いのがありがたかったです。立地も、白馬五竜スキー場までスキーやボードを持って歩いて行ける距離で便利でした。ごはんも朝晩お願いしましたが、信州牛のステーキや野沢菜、ワインがとても美味しかったです。朝もしっかり食べさせていただきました。建物は古いと思いますが、お掃除をきちんとされていて清潔感があり、とても良かったです。お世話になりありがとうございました。"

"The team at Hakuba Canadian Lodge made this place great! We stayed early in the season so we were the few (only?) guests in the place. The team kindly picked us up from Happo bus terminal on our arrival and even drove us to a supermarket for groceries (proper big supermarket, not a convenience store). One person in our group fell ill after a few days skiing and the team went above and beyond to drive us to a clinic to see a doctor. The cabin itself is quite aged but is very well maintained....
