"They are very friendly and good service. However the hotel needs updating.. one elevator was broken for weeks. All carpets need to be removed …old. Tiles missing on elevater. Rooms need touch up. Great views ! Good food and service. "

The view of the river and Bolt Castle in units on the main channel is second to none. The staff was very helpful and professional. The manager, Lisa, was exceptional! We plan to be a regular visitor every year."
