"First day check-in process with Ethan at front desk was very friendly and he did his best to help us move rooms seamlessly. I had seperate bookings since my reservations were last minute and the hotel's availability differed each day. As for the rooms, the first 2 were fine for a business level hotel but on the final night, the bathroom had areas left unclean that was too much for me to overlook so they moved us to a different room which wasn't handled in the best way. "I like this hotel so much. This was my 3rd time stayed in this hotel. The family edge room is specifically good for family as it is spacious with board view from big windows. One minor thing the hotel should be aware of is that the cup was dirty that disgraced my past experience a bit. Otherwise, all good. "
