Francesca, Christina and Shaby were all incredibly helpful on restaurants and sightseeing options and were warm and kind. The hotel is in a great location for walking and has a lovely view. The continental style breakfast was great quality. Will definitely be back to stay again."

"Excellent value for money. This is more like a 3* than a 1* hotel. The cost of the stay was less than half that of most hotels in Siena. Views across Siena from the rooms’ balconies/terraces are this hotel’s greatest asset. I had booked a classic double room and the bed was extremely comfortable. Rooms were not very spacious, but there was room to move around. The bathroom was very small, but the power shower was very welcome. Breakfast was satisfactory with cold meats, cheeses, pastries...
